You don't need a perfectly prepared environment, a subscription box, or a complete rethink of your home.
You just need to understand a few core principles, and how to apply them in real life, with your children, at home.
That's what this session is for.
Many parents are curious about Montessori, but feel overwhelmed by the amount of information available, or find that much of the advice feels too rigid, too complex, or unrealistic for modern family life. As a parent, I felt this too.
My aim is to simplify the foundations of Montessori in a way that is:
• realistic for everyday parenting
• easy to apply without special materials or a full home reorganisation
• easy to understand and implement
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You're curious about Montessori but find most information overwhelming or unrealistic
You want your child to be more independent, but don't know how to support that without the friction
You're doing your best and wondering if there's a gentler, more effective way
You want to understand why your child behaves the way they do — and what actually helps
WHAT WE'LL COVER:
The Montessori principles that make the biggest difference at home — and why they work
How to create a supportive environment without special materials or reorganising your space
Language that builds independence, problem-solving, and a growth mindset
How to stop power struggles before they start
The art of observing your child, and why it changes everything
Live Q&A — bring your real questions
You'll leave with tools you can use immediately.
ABOUT DIDI:
I'm Didi Aurelia — a Montessori educator, child development specialist, and the founder of My Montessori School in London, which I ran for seven years. I hold a Master's degree in psychology and have worked with hundreds of families.
But more than any of that: I'm a parent. I know how noisy, contradicting, and overwhelming modern parenting advice can feel.
My work is about cutting through that noise, and giving you something simple, practical, and genuinely useful.
