  • You recognize easily your strengths and your faults.

  • You know what main challenges you have regarding yourself.

  • You understand your needs and how your emotions reflect those needs.

  • Recognize other people’s needs and feelings.

  • You see how other people’s behavior affects you.

  • You have a growth mindset regarding your mistakes and instead of asking “why” it happened you ask yourself “what can I do to prevent this happening again?”.
