In this live session, I will share the foundations of Montessori and child development in a practical, grounded way that you can apply immediately at home , to support your child’s independence and problem solving in an easy to implement and respectful way.
Many parents are curious about Montessori, but feel overwhelmed by the amount of information available, or find that much of the advice feels too rigid, too complex, or unrealistic for modern family life. As a parent, I felt this too.
My aim is to simplify the foundations of Montessori in a way that is:
• realistic for everyday parenting
• easy to apply without special materials or a full home reorganisation
• easy to understand and implement
This session will support you in understanding your child better, and in making small changes that make a big difference.
The age between 0 and 6 is the most important period in a human being’s life.
It is the time when the foundations for independence, growth mindset, confidence, emotional regulation, and learning are built, often through simple, everyday experiences.
What we will explore in the session
In this session, we will explore:
• The foundations of Montessori principles, and why they are so beneficial for your child
• How to create a supportive home environment without investing in specific materials or reorganising your whole space
• Language that supports problem solving, independence, and a growth mindset
• How to support independence without pressure or power struggles
• The value of observing your child and working with their pace and personality
• Live Q&A
You will leave with practical tools you can use immediately in your daily life.
